The plan was simple: hit Bali and score six-foot Padang, four-foot Keramas, seven-foot Bingin, three-foot Canguu, eight-foot Ulus and two-foot Dreamland. Unfortunately we didn’t score any of ’em (except Canguu and we’re kinda thankful we didn’t surf Dreamland). What we’re saying, though, is we tried to score a variety of different waves to get the most from each individual craft. Hence discovering what type of wave each board performed best in. To this end, we where partially successful. Nevertheless, to put things into perspective, ordinary Indonesian waves are always better than Aussie slop, so we still gained good clarity on each board’s strengths and weaknesses. Check out the videos of the boards in action below and this month's issue of Waves for the complete review.
