"This was probably the best board I rode during the whole test. It was a little bit short and thin compared to what I’m used to, but despite that it felt really fast and responsive under my feet. It felt like I could do whatever I wanted to on it and it’d go wherever I wanted it to go. I think the channel in the tail stiffened the board up slightly but it maintained its responsiveness and really performed well in the pocket as well as out on the open face. I think the flatter nose and lifted tail was a perfect mix in getting this board to perform in different parts of the wave."
