Surfboard Auction – Terms and Conditions

  1. The auction at  9 am on 26 August and finishes on 7 September at 5 pm AEST.
  2. To bid you must have and provide your face book account login and leave a comment stating the amount that you’re prepared to pay.
  3. Bidders must use Facebook personal profiles and not Facebook business pages to place a bid.
  4. GST is included in final winning bid value.
  5. Postage is not included in bid value. Pick up can be arranged from the Waves office or a courier ordered that will be added to final bid price.
  6. Boards will only be couriered / delivered once payment confirmed.
  7. Boards that have not sold by the auction close will be returned to shapers.
  8. If payment is not received boards will be returned to shapers.
  9. The highest bid by 5 pm AEST on 7 September will be the winning bid.
  10.  This competition is open to Australian residents only.
  11.  The promoter is nextmedia Pty Ltd.
