Pre surf:

“I really like the pulled-in tail and I’m expecting it to be nice and loose. There’s nothing too funky going on except for the tail, but it looks like a fun board. I also really like the look of the single-to-double concave through the bottom so I reckon it’s going to fly. It looks like a super fun board to do tricks on. It was recommended that I use the FCS Mr twin fin setup in this board, but I’m going to use the FCS k3 fins because I use these fins all the time at home and I know they’ll suit the board perfectly. ”

Post surf:

“I was so stoked on how this board performed. It was really fast, loose and super responsive. The pulled in swallow tail meant you could push hard through your turns without it skipping out, but it was still really loose. I think it’s my perfect aerial board. I had an absolute ball on it. It’s the perfect all-round summer board because it performs in anything. I reckon any advanced surfer could jump on this thing and pull some crazy tricks.”
