Pre Surf:

“When I first picked this board up I thought there might have been a little bit too much volume for how short the board was. It feels really meaty in the rails as well. The deck of this board is also really flat which is similar to my normal boards. I’m not too sure on how it would actually go. The fins I plan on using in the board are the FCS pc-5’s and they’re an awesome all around fin. They’ve got an inside foil which makes it easy to transfer from rail to rail easy.”

Post Surf:

“I got a couple of waves under my belt and I’d have to say that it’s my favourite board out of the bunch. It felt really alive and I didn’t have to milk for speed. We surfed a lot of fat waves and it went really good in those conditions. It felt really similar to my normal board. It had plenty of speed through the dead sections and I was impressed at how it performed. I think the board would perform in all conditions and be suited to anyone that wants a decent high-performance shortboard. I can’t see anyone having any trouble jumping on one of these.”
